Lhakpa Tsamchoe
Lhakpa Tsamchoe (* 1972 in India ) is an Indian actress of Tibetan origin.
Through her role in the film Seven Years in Tibet (1997), she was the first Tibetan woman to enter the international film business. There she was seen at the side of Brad Pitt and David Thewlis in the role of Pema Lhaki, a Tibetan seamstress and wife of the Austrian mountaineer Peter Aufschnaiter .
