Li Gwang-sik

Li Gwang-sik (born March 5, 1970 ) is a former North Korean boxer .

Li won in 1989 behind Yuri Arbatschakow , Soviet Union , and Pedro Orlando Reyes, Cuba , the bronze medal of the World Championships in flyweight (-51 kg). He won the same medal at the 1991 World Championships in bantamweight (-54 kg) behind Serafim Todorow , Bulgaria , and Enrique Carrión , Cuba. At the 1992 Olympic Games , Li won after victories over Laszlo Bognar, Hungary (AB 3rd), Sergio Reyes, USA (15: 8), and Todorow (16:15) and a semi-final defeat against Wayne McCullough , Ireland (21:16) , also the bronze medal.
