Li Kui
Li Kui ( Chinese 李悝 , Pinyin Lǐ Kuī , * 455 BC , † 395 BC ) was a civil servant and officer of Wei State at the time of the Warring States in China . It is told to him around 400 BC. B.C. written Book of Laws ( Chinese 法 經 / 法 经 , Pinyin Fǎjīng ), which through Shang Yang's mediation became the basis for the legislation of the Qin and Han dynasties .
