Li Paladini

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The well-preserved spring sanctuary Li Paladini is located off the road from Calangianus to Tempio Pausania , not far from the Rio Badu Mela , on the slopes of Monte di Deu about 200 m from Protonuraghe Agnu , near the giant tomb Pascaredda in the province of Sassari in Sardinia .

Fonte Sacra Li Paladini

Li Paladini's spring house is a stepless system because the spring water rises to the surface of the well chamber. The wall structure is intact and a slightly trapezoidal opening provides access to the rectangular interior, which is covered with two granite slabs of medium size. The structure of the interior of the spring, with its square blocks and shape, is compared to the fountain sanctuary of Santa Anastasia of Sardara.

Nearby is the Protonuraghe Agnu .
