Li Zhesi

Li Zhesi (born August 7, 1993 in Shenyang ) is a Chinese swimmer .

She won the 50m freestyle at the 2007 National Intercity Games . At the Olympic Games in 2008 she reached the semifinals. In 2009, shortly before her 14th birthday, she became world champion in the 4 x 100 m individual medley relay in the world record time of 3: 52.19 min. At the 2010 Short Course World Championships , she won the bronze medal with the 4 x 100 meter freestyle relay. In March 2012, she tested positive for EPO and was banned for two years.
