Lianxing

Lianxing ( Chinese  联兴乡 , Pinyin Lianxing Xiang ) is a municipality in the district of Nenjiang the city of Heihe in the northeastern Chinese province of Heilongjiang . The municipality has an area of ​​781 km² and had about 12,000 inhabitants (end of 2009). It lies directly on the east bank of the Nen Jiang and is an important growing area for wheat and soybeans . Lianxing is one of the traditional settlement areas of the northern Tungusian peoples of the Evenks and Oroqen .
