The Liberalis Verlag AG is an on law books specialized Swiss publishing house based in Zurich .

The publishing house, founded in 1992, publishes selected codes of law, which are supplemented by experts with further information such as ancillary laws, ordinances and revision projects.

The program focuses on the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB) - with the ZPO, SchKG and BGG - and the Code of Obligations (OR), which have been published in the 31st edition since the publisher was founded and in 2009. The codes that were later included in the program include the Swiss Criminal Code (StGB) and the Code of Criminal Procedure (StPO), the Federal Act on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy (SchKG), Tenancy Law (MietR), the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes (Collective Investments Act , KAG), Federal Act on the stock exchanges and securities trading (Stock Exchange Act, SESTA) and the Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO).

The editors of the current editions of the individual codes of law are Professors Thomas Sutter-Somm ( University of Basel ), Christian Schwarzenegger and Karl Spühler (both University of Zurich ) as well as the lawyers Walter L. Häberling and Alexander Vogel.
