Liberté is an underground station on the Paris Métro . It is located below the Rue de Paris in the Paris suburb of Charenton-le-Pont and is served by Métrolinie 8 . Nearby is the Bois de Vincennes .

The station went into operation on October 5, 1942, when the section of Line 8 from Porte de Charenton station to Charenton - Écoles station was opened.
