The building in the style of the German Renaissance was built by the architect Heinrich Volbehr for the file cutter Franz Xaver Girisch. The richly structured building has two flat bay windows with narrow side openings. The rear staircase leads to two apartments on each floor. The six arched windows on the first floor are covered by segmental arches . In between there is the entrance to the house and the courtyard, which is covered by a neo-Gothic Carnies arch. In the center of the facade there was originally a stucco Madonna, which was replaced by a floral painting.
