It began on August 22, 2009 and ended on May 29, 2010 with the 30th matchday. The champions were KF Trepça'89 , which, like second-placed KF Ballkani, secured promotion to the Raiffeisen Superliga . In the relegation game for promotion to the Raiffeisen Superliga 2010/11 , KF Besiana lost 0-2 against KF Vëllaznimi . The relegation games for relegation won KF Ulpiana (1: 0 against KF Hajvalia ), and KF Gjakova (4: 1 againstKF Dukagjini ), who thus secured relegation.
