The interfoveolare ligament is found in humans in the area of ​​the inner abdominal wall. It strengthens the transversalis fascia and runs largely parallel, but laterally, to the straight abdominal muscle . Caudally , it is fused with the inguinal ligament (inguinal ligament) and the lacunar ligament . Fibers of the aponeurosis of the transverse abdominal muscle radiate into the interfoveolar ligament . It varies in breadth and shape.
