Villa Lindenstrasse 10

The house at Lindenstrasse 10 is a listed building in the district of Schwoitsch in Saxony-Anhalt, which belongs to the municipality of Kabelsketal .

It is located in a park-like area in the western part of Schwoitsch, on the east side of the Lindenstrasse leading from Gröbers in the direction of Osmünde .

Architecture and history

The building, registered as a villa in the local register of monuments , was built at the end of the 19th century. It served as the elderly part of the large Boker family based in Benndorf . In the meantime, the building was in municipal administration and housed u. a. the registry office of the former community of Gröbers. Construction work on the building took place in 2015.
