Lindsay and Sidney Greenbush

Lindsay and Sidney Greenbush (real name Rachel Lindsay Rene Bush and Sidney Robin Danae Bush; born May 25, 1970 in Hollywood , USA ) are two American actresses . They became known for their role as Carrie Ingalls in the American family series Our Little Farm , which they shared.

Career

Both her father Billy Green Bush and her brother Clay Greenbush are actors. The sisters made their first experiences in front of the camera in commercials , including for "Doublemint Gum" and " Mattel ". In 1973 they starred in the TV movie Sunshine . In 1974 the Greenbush twins got the role of Carrie Ingalls in Our Little Farm . Until 1982 they played the third daughter of the Ingalls farming family. There they went under the name of 'Lindsay Sidney Greenbush'. In season 5, they appeared together in the episode The Fairy Tale Sister , in which Carrie invents an invisible friend. After the series ended, they only stood in front of the camera once. Lindsay starred in Matt Houston in 1983 and Sidney in Hambone & Hillie in 1984 . After that, both retired from the acting business. In 1998, Lindsay and Sidney were inducted into the Hall of Great Western Performers at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum for their role in Our Little Farm .

Private life

In 1988 they both graduated from Santa Monica High School. Lindsay has a daughter and two stepchildren. She lives separately from her husband Frank Dornan. Sidney was married to Rocky Foster, who died in 2009 and who had a company that made animals available for films. She competes in barrel races at rodeos with great success .
