The Linha de Campos - Miracema is a railway line in Brazil .

history

The Linha de Campos - Miracema connects Campos and São Fidélis and was opened on August 1, 1891. At the other end, the railway company EF Santo Antonio de Pádua had built a rail link between Luca (São Fidélis) and Santo Antonio dos Brotos (Miracema), which was completed in 1880-1884.

In 1891 Miracema was already connected to Campos by rail (through the connection of the two lines) both lines belonged to the Estrada de Ferro Leopoldina . This railway line was connected to the Linha de Manhuaçu (via the Ramal de Paraoquena ).

In the 1980s, passenger traffic on this route was discontinued. However, the railway line is still actively used in freight traffic by the private Brazilian railway company FCA.
