Lionel Syne

Lionel Syne (born May 18, 1976 in Stavelot ) is a former Belgian road cyclist.

Lionel Syne won two stages in the Tour du Faso in 2002 . The next year he rode for the Webcor Cycling Team , where he finished third in the Merced Downtown Criterium, Ward's Ferry Road Race and Tuolumne Township Criterium. In the same year he switched to the Marco Polo Cycling Team . There he won two stages in the Tour of Sri Lanka in 2004. At the Tour du Faso he won a stage each in 2006 and 2007 and in 2008 he was twice successful. In 2009 he won five stages of the Tour de Faso and was eighth overall.
