The Lis Point ( Polish Przylądek Lisa ) is a towering headland on the south coast of King George Iceland in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located below the Urbanek Crag on the banks of the Ezcurra Fjord .
Polish scientists named her in 1980 after Marian Lis, captain of the ship Zabrze in the Polish Antarctic expedition that ran from 1976 to 1977.
