The list of mayors of Heppenheim lists all mayors of the city of Heppenheim (Bergstrasse) who were in office after the Hessian municipal constitution was passed in 1821. The mayor's office has been exercised by a professional mayor since 1924.

Rainer Burelbach (CDU) has been mayor since 2011 .
