List of Chief Ministers of Sikkim
The following table lists the Chief Ministers of Sikkim with terms of office and party affiliation. Sikkim became an Indian state on May 16, 1975, until then it was formally independent. Kazi Lhendup Dorji Khangsarpa was Chief Minister (head of government) at the time, the Chogyal of Sikkim was the constitutional head of state.
