Manor house, Villa Lüders, former central school in Ausleben Manor with a villa-like house and an upstream farm yard with a green area with a birch avenue. The house was built in 1901 as a stately two-storey brick building with a high basement in a historicizing design.

In the post-war period (1946), the villa was initially used as Allied quarters for the Americans and English and, after their departure, as accommodation for many refugees. After it was expanded into a central school in 1950/51, it was used until 1981 to educate children and young people. It has been largely empty since 1981. Despite previous renovation work, the villa has not yet been given any new purpose and is empty.
