The list of cultural monuments in Lauenhain (Crimmitschau) contains the official list of monuments of the State Office for Monument Preservation Saxony designated cultural monuments in Crimmitschauer district Lauenhain .

  • Residential stable house: Two-storey half-timbered building, presumably extended on the eaves side, with solid ground floor, saddle roof, narrow-stemmed half-timbered structure on the courtyard side,
  • Side building: Half-timbered building on the rear side of the courtyard with a T-shaped floor plan, two-storey, solid ground floor, upper floor simple half-timbered, rear extension half-timbered, there high entrance, gable roof,
  • Barn: One storey with jamb, half-timbered, gable roof,
  • Housekeeping: Valuable half-timbered house, stood not far from the demolished four-sided courtyard and was implemented with it on the basis of intended road construction measures. Ground floor block room largely preserved in its original state, upper floor half-timbered with so-called fire rams - curved St. Andrew's crosses.

The house was one of the oldest in Langenbernsdorf and has been preserved in rare authenticity.

The implementation measure was supervised by the Gürther architect Benno Kolbe. Documentation is in the files archive and in the documentation collection of the State Office for Monument Preservation.

Note: The gatehouse belonging to the four-sided courtyard, which formed the end of the courtyard to the street, was significantly changed in its external appearance, especially in its cubature, so that the monument value is no longer given. Only the upper floor and the attic remained largely original, whereby valuable details of the furnishings were also lost here.
