	Luther linden tree	Dornholzhausen, Landgraf-Friedrich-Strasse 35, Bad Homburg 50 ° 14 ′ 52.9 ″  N , 8 ° 34 ′ 39.8 ″  E	Today's Luther linden tree was planted in 1982 as a replacement for the culturally and historically valuable, but already missing, older original.		54

	Krausbäumchen	Dornholzhausen, Bad Homburg 50 ° 14 ′ 6.5 ″  N , 8 ° 32 ′ 45 ″  E	The only specimen of the Süntelbuche in the Hochtaunus district. Created by offshoots of its predecessor, which has been protected since 1938.		56

The tree, which is around 100 years old, was probably made from three individual trees standing closely together. Protected because of its particularly aesthetic growth.	?	75

	Luther oak	Dornholzhausen, König-Wilhelms-Weg, Bad Homburg 50 ° 14 ′ 38.9 ″  N , 8 ° 33 ′ 24.1 ″  E	Oak planted on October 31, 1817 in the spruce stand east of König-Wilhelms-Weg. In 1993 the trunk circumference was approx. 2.5 m, the diameter almost 1 m and the tree height over 20 m. In 2016, city forester Günter Busch estimated the height of the sessile oak (Quercus petraea) at a good 18 m with a circumference of 3.30 m. Natural monument since 1938.		77

Formerly 20 m high (before 1990), its height had to be capped several times (rot damage, stability).		79

The oldest of them was already a stately tree when the Gothic House was built. When visiting to take photos, only two oaks were easily identified.		83
Image wanted	Linden tree at the Lindenhof in the Tannenwaldallee	Tannenwaldallee 50 ° 13 ′ 52.4 ″  N , 8 ° 35 ′ 25.1 ″  E	Winter linden tree with a trunk circumference of 6.60 m was planted at the end of the Thirty Years War. Also called the apostle linden and earlier the music linden.		84

The 27 m high tree was placed under nature protection as early as 1938.		88

In April 2016 only the trunk and individual (new) branches could be seen.		89
	Niederstedter cemetery linden tree	Niederstedter Weg 14, Bad Homburg 50 ° 13 ′ 4.6 ″  N , 8 ° 36 ′ 20.4 ″  E	350–400 year old former judicial linden tree . The only remnant of the village of Niederstedten.		90

Image wanted	Service tree in the Kirdorfer Feld	Kirdorf 50 ° 15 ′ 3 ″  N , 8 ° 36 ′ 8.5 ″  E	A particularly beautiful specimen of the now rare service tree. At the age of around 70, the solitary tree had a trunk circumference of around 2.20 m, a height of 17 m and a crown circumference of 22 m. The tree had to be felled in spring 2001.		53
