Former sand or gravel mining area on the southern slope of the Krogberg or Krugberg, the discovery of ceramics indicates a Middle Slavic settlement that was located on the Krogberg over 1000 years ago, the gravel pit is regional geologically in III. Parsteinstaffel and provides a good insight into the structure of the ice edge location geological outcrop
