The list of stumbling blocks in Bohmte contains all the stumbling blocks that were laid by Gunter Demnig in Bohmte as part of the art project of the same name . They are intended to commemorate the victims of National Socialism who lived and worked in Bohmte. When it was relocated in November 2008, two stumbling blocks were laid. (As of June 2019)

Siegmund Stern was born on April 10, 1884 in Ostercappeln . In 1927 he moved from Ostercappeln to Bohmte with his wife Karoline and their children. In 1938 he was imprisoned in Buchenwald concentration camp . On December 13, 1941, he was deported from Münster to the Riga ghetto .

Karoline Stern was born as Karoline Heumann on April 23, 1887 in Wassenberg . She was married to Siegmund Stern and had two daughters, Else and Grete. On December 13, 1941, she was deported from Münster to the Riga ghetto. The daughters were able to flee to England via the Netherlands. They then lived in Australia .
