The list of national agreement in Germany includes treaties between two or more states are applied.

Essence

In Germany , the federal states have their own legislative powers (cf. Art. 70 ff. GG ). Often, economic cooperation or border issues are regulated in such international treaties . Contracts between the Federal Republic of Germany and the German Democratic Republic are not listed here.
