This list contains the various political parties in Uzbekistan .

Uzbekistan is a country of the former Soviet Union . The majority of the population supports the president, which is also due to the fact that no opposition parties are allowed. Each of the parties supports the founder of Uzbekistan and former president, Islom Karimov .

The parliamentary parties
