Les Hauts-de-Chée is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Lisle-en-Barrois in the north and north-west, Rembercourt-Sommaisne in the north, Raival in the east and north-east, Seigneulles in the east, Vavincourt in the south and south-east, Chardogne in the south and Louppy-le -Château to the west.
