Brillon-en-Barrois is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Combles-en-Barrois in the north, Montplonne in the east and south-east, Bazincourt-sur-Saulx in the south-east, Haironville in the south, Saudrupt in the south-west, Ville-sur-Saulx in the west and Trémont- sur-Saulx in the north-west.
