Salmagne is a French commune with 301 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (before 2016: Lorraine ). The municipality is part of the Bar-le-Duc arrondissement , the Vaucouleurs canton (until 2015: Ligny-en-Barrois canton ) and the Bar-le-Duc Sud Meuse municipality .
