location
The municipality is located around 30 kilometers north of Bar-le-Duc and is crossed by the Aire river. Neighboring municipalities are Beaulieu-en-Argonne and Froidos in the northwest, Lavoye in the north, Ippécourt in the east, Nubécourt in the southeast, Foucaucourt-sur-Thabas in the southwest and Waly in the west.
