Combles-en-Barrois is a commune in north-eastern France with 797 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meuse department in the Grand Est region (before 2016: Lorraine ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Bar-le-Duc and the canton of Bar-le-Duc-1 (until 2015: canton of Bar-le-Duc-Sud ).

Combles-en-Barrois is about four kilometers southwest of the city center of Bar-le-Duc . Combles-en-Barrois is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fains-Véel in the north, Bar-le-Duc in the east, Montplonne in the southeast, Brillon-en-Barrois in the south and Trémont-sur-Saulx in the west.
