This is a list of government organizations that administer Islamic religious foundations ( waqf ) i.e. H. a list of state awqaf organizations. In the following overview, they are usually given with their better-known English names. The term awqaf (Pl. Awqaf ; Sg. waqf ) denotes religious foundations and donations that
