Literaturhaus Leipzig
The Literaturhaus Leipzig is an institution founded in 1990 to promote culture in Leipzig .
The Literaturhaus is one of 17 similar houses in the German-speaking area. It has been located in the Haus des Buches, which was built in 1996 on historical ground ( bookseller's house ), in the court path not far from Gutenbergplatz , since 2005 .
The house contains radio play workshops for children and young people and a café .
The sponsor is the Kuratorium Haus des Buches eV, managing director of the Kuratorium Haus des Buches eV and the program manager of the Literaturhaus is Birgit Peter.
