The Lithoz GmbH is an Austrian company. It was founded in 2011 by graduates of the Vienna University of Technology as a start-up in Vienna . The company produces 3D printers for high-performance ceramics . Lithoz is the world market leader in the additive manufacturing of high-performance ceramics .

history

Johannes Benedikt and his partner Johannes Homa studied at the Technical University (TU) Vienna. The prospective technicians from different disciplines met at the Institute for Materials Science and worked on behalf of their professor with ceramics in connection with 3D printing. After graduating, the mechanical engineer and industrial engineer built a machine and founded the Lithoz company in 2011.
