The Litketief is a 5449 m deep sea depression in the Arctic Ocean and is the second deepest point after the Molloytief (5669 m).

The Litketief is located in the Arctic Ocean in the southwest of the Eurasian Basin about 220 km north of the north coast of Northeast Country  - at 82 ° 24 ′ 0 ″  N , 19 ° 31 ′ 0 ″  E Coordinates: 82 ° 24 ′ 0 ″  N , 19 ° 31 ′ 0 "  O . It is named after Friedrich Benjamin von Lütke (Russian Fjodor Petrowitsch Litke).
