The Lizard Point is a headland in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . In the Queen Maud Mountains it forms the southern extension of a lateral moraine and marks the point where Table Bay joins the upper section of the Beardmore Glacier .

Participants of the Terra Nova Expedition (1910-1913) led by the British polar explorer Robert Falcon Scott named them. The descriptive naming is based on the body shape of a lizard ( English lizard ).
