Lyudmila Wassiljewna Konovalova ( Russian Людмила Васильевна Коновалова ; born January 7, 1968 in Sverdlovsk , Russian SFSR , Soviet Union ) is a former Russian basketball player who started for the Soviet Union and Russia.

Konovalova, who has been playing for the Soviet youth team since 1984, won the European Junior Championship (U-16) in Italy in 1984 and Yugoslavia in 1985 and the European Junior Championship (U-18) in Italy in 1986.

In 1989 she became the Soviet champion with the club CSKA Moscow and in 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997 Russian champion.

At the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, she took 5th place with the Russian team and 6th place at the 1997 European Championships in Hungary.
