Loca People , also Loca People (La Gente Está Muy Loca) or Loca People (What the F ***!) Is a song by the Spanish producer Sak Noel . The Dutch singer Esthera Sarita took over the female vocals . It was first released on June 24, 2011 under the Clipper's Sound label and immediately rose to number one on the UK charts after its release. For Sak Noel it became his first number one hit in the UK charts. Loca People was the first number one hit by a Spanish musician in the UK since Heaven by DJ Sammy in 2002.

Music video

The music video was shot by Roger Martin Solé and Sak Noel in Barcelona and at the Millennium & Cosmic Club nightclub . In the music video you can see Desirée Brihuega and Noel.

reception

Loca People received mixed reviews. Robert Copsey and Lewis Corner of Digital Spy gave the song just one of five stars. Regarding the lyrics of the song, both wrote: "What the f ** k ?!" In contrast, Samantha McCallum from Maxumi magazine praised the song and wrote: "It will continue to carry the party on". "It seems as though the purpose of the song is to become a party ritual," commented McCallum. "If so, it works."
