The Lohjanjärvi ( Swedish Lojo sjö ) is a lake in the Finnish landscape Uusimaa .
The 88.22 km² lake is located in the municipalities of Lohja and Raseborg . It lies at a height of 31.6 m and has a maximum water depth of 54.88 m. The northern Hiidenvesi is drained over the Väänteenjoki to Lohjanjärvi. The Mustionjoki in turn forms the drain of the Lohjanjärvi to the Gulf of Finland . The lake is part of the Karisån river system .
The largest island in the lake is Lohjansaari (1995 ha). Other islands are Jalassaari (360 ha), Pensaari (114 ha), Huhtasaari (76 ha) and Seppälänsaari (68 ha).
