Long Range Certificate

The Long Range Certificate (abbreviation: LRC ) is an internationally valid radio operating certificate . It entitles the holder to participate in the mobile marine radio service and the mobile marine radio service via satellites on pleasure boats . It includes the operation of two-way radio stations, marine earth stations and security radio systems ( GMDSS ).

The certificate complies with Article 47 of the Radio Regulations .
