Lonny Ross is an American actor .
Life
Ross began his career in the late 1990s with two guest appearances on the comedy show Upright Citizens Brigade on Comedy Central . As a result he received small roles in various television series and feature films . Between 2006 and 2009 he gained some prominence among US television audiences as Josh Girard in the sitcom 30 Rock . In 37 episodes of the series he was seen there as a mediocre actor and parodist. In 2011 he played one of the leading roles in the series Angry Old Man & Gay Teenage Runaway , which was discontinued after seven episodes.
