Worth seeing
The St. Anne's Chapel is in the center of the village . The chapel houses a Flemish altar from the 15th century, which is designated as a specially protected cultural monument . The choir is a part of the originally octagonal chapel building from 1696. The nave, a design by the Aachen architect Max Keuchen, was added in 1898.
The quarry stone-walled Hof Waldstrasse on the northern edge of the village is also under monument protection . The courtyard was built in the 17th century (first mentioned in 1651). According to oral tradition, this property is said to have been a monastery for a time.
Every year at Christmas time since 1999, a large nativity scene can be seen in the immediate vicinity of the chapel, which is set up by a local interest group.
