Lorenzo Stovini (born November 24, 1976 in Florence ) is an Italian football player on the position of central defender.

Career

Formed in the youth football from AS Roma , Stovini changes in the age of twenty to Vicenza Calcio , with whom he in the 1997/98 season (August 31, 1997, Sampdoria - Vicenza 2: 1) its debut in the Serie A was .

After two years and 48 league games with the jersey of the Venetian team, he was signed by Reggina Calcio for the 1999/00 season. In the two years he played in Calabria , the defender was able to play 66 games and score one goal.

In 2001 Lorenzo Stovini moved to US Lecce in Serie A. With the team from Apulia , he played four championships and scored one goal. He was the team captain from November 2005 to 2006.
