Lothar Hampe

Lothar Hampe (born August 12, 1946 in Lamspringe ) is a German politician ( CDU ).

Life

Hampe attended elementary and secondary school in Lamspringe. He then did an apprenticeship as a bricklayer, but then attended the technical college again and passed his technical diploma. Between 1965 and 1982, the year he was elected to the state parliament, he was employed as a police officer for the state of Lower Saxony. In 1975 he became chairman of the staff council in Alfeld / Leine for five years and later deputy chairman in Hildesheim. After the end of his first term as a member of the state parliament, he became a clerk in the social ministry of Lower Saxony in 1987. In 1991 he became the manager of the workshop for the disabled in his hometown of Lamspringe.

Hampe became a member of the CDU in 1972. He was elected a board member of the CDU district association in Hildesheim. He was also a member of the state board of the Christian Democratic workforce and deputy chairman of the administrative board of the Kreissparkasse Alfeld .

Public offices

In 1975 Hampe became councilor of the Lamspringe municipality . Here he became mayor of the joint municipality in 1981. In 1976 he became councilor and mayor of Lamspringe . In 1977 he became a member of the district council of Hildesheim .

Hampe was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament in the tenth electoral term from June 21, 1982 to June 20, 1986 and in the twelfth electoral period from June 17, 1992 to June 20, 1994.
