The combined community of Lamspringe was a combined community in the Hildesheim district in Lower Saxony . Five municipalities were united in it to carry out their administrative business. The administrative headquarters were in Lamspringe . On November 1, 2016, the previous joint congregation was converted into a unified congregation.

history
The combined community of Lamspringe was created on July 1, 1965 from the former communities of Flecken Lamspringe, Evensen, Graste, Netze, Harbarnsen, Irmenseul, Woltershausen and Wöllersheim. In 1972 the community Neuhof joined, and in 1974 the community Sehlem was affiliated. Also in 1974, the number of parishes decreased through mergers.
The joint congregation was dissolved on November 1, 2016. It was replaced by the new municipality of Lamspringe, which comprises all previous parts of the integrated municipality.

The council of the Lamspringe municipality consisted of 16 councilors and councilors. This is the specified number for a collective municipality with a population between 5,001 and 6,000. The 16 council members are elected by local elections for five years each.

The coat of arms of the municipality was introduced in 1989.
Description: Five red leaves arranged in a cross shape in gold.
Reason: The five sheets symbolize the equality of the member communities and indicate the wooded area. The colors red and gold represent the former affiliation to the duchy of Hildesheim . The cross shape reminds of the historical importance of the Lamspringe monastery for the area of today's integrated community.
