Lothar Zysk
Lothar Zysk (* 9. March 1934 in Liebenberg / East Prussia; † 13. October 2017 ) was a doctor of German lawyer and from 1981 to 1999 Judge at the German Federal Court of Justice .
After completing his legal training, Zysk joined the judicial service of the Free State of Bavaria in 1963 , where he worked at the Munich I Regional Court , the public prosecutor's office and the Munich District Court , most recently as a judge at the Munich Higher Regional Court .
Zysk was elected judge at the Federal Supreme Court in 1981. Here he was last as deputy chairman of the XII. Civil Senate before he retired on January 31, 1999.
