Lovro Šprem (born January 26, 1990 in Zagreb ) is a handball player from Croatia .

The 1.85 meter tall and 82 kilogram left winger played from 1997 for RK Medveščak Zagreb and moved to RK Sisak in 2010 . He has been under contract with RK Zagreb since the 2011/12 season . With Zagreb he won the championship in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 and the cup in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

For the Croatian national team , Lovro Šprem is in the extended squad for the 2014 European Championship , he has played 22 international matches (26 goals) by then. Lovro is the younger brother of Goran Šprem .
