Luamoko is an island in the Tongan archipelago of Vavaʻu .
geography
Luamoko is a small island in the Vavaʻu archipelago. It is located on the western edge of the atoll in the Ava Pulepulekai Canal, which leads far into the center of the archipelago and into the center of the main island. It is located off the southeast coast of Hunga , across from Nuapapu .
climate
The climate is tropical hot, but is tempered by constantly blowing winds. Like the other islands of the Vava'u group, Luamoko is occasionally hit by cyclones .
