Lubertus Berrens

Lubertus Berrens (born June 28, 1933 ) is a Dutch biochemist and immunologist .

Berrens in 1959 at the University of Utrecht PhD ( Some aspects of the formation and consumption of adenosine triphosphate in animal tissue ). In the 1970s he was at the Dermatological Department of the Utrecht University Hospital. In the 1990s he was with the CBF LETI research group in Madrid.

In 1972 he received the Robert Koch Prize for research into the chemical structure of allergens such as house dust allergies .
