Luciana França
Luciana França (born May 19, 1977 ) is a Brazilian hurdler who specializes in the 400 meter distance .
At the Athletics South American Championships she won silver in Bogotá in 1999 , bronze in Manaus in 2001 and silver in São Paulo in 2007 .
In 2009 she was stripped of her silver medal at the South American Championships in Lima after a doping control carried out shortly before had given a positive result for erythropoietin (EPO). A two-year ban was imposed for this violation of the doping regulations .
