Lucius Gellius Publicola (also: Poplicola ) was a Roman politician of the 1st century BC. Chr.

The adopted son of the consul of the same name from 72 BC. Chr. And half-brother of Marcus Valerius Messalla Corvinus belonged as a young man to the followers of Publius Clodius Pulcher and is sharply attacked in several poems by Catullus .
